A history of overcoming adversity and excellence

Hamilton D. Ramos Fernandez’s journey began in childhood, when he sold lemons as a street vendor. Over the years, he worked as an office boy, graduated in Accounting and Business Administration, and gained extensive experience in these areas. However, his true dream had always been to practice law.

After graduating with a law degree, he registered with the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB/SP 209.895) in May 2003 and built a solid and respected career, standing out in his work for medium and large companies in the areas of Corporate, Tax, and Business Law.

Over the years, he has formed a team of specialized lawyers who have helped consolidate HG Sociedade de Advogados as a benchmark in the legal market.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Gabriel A. Ramos Fernandez began his career as an office boy and archivist before enrolling in law school. His first internship was a remarkable experience that reinforced his ethical values and passion for law.

After graduating, he was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) in February 2018 (license number 405,335) and specialized in labor and social security law, consolidating his practice with success and recognition. Today, father and son work together, combining tradition and innovation to strengthen the mission of HG Sociedade de Advogados.
